Function and Feature:

This series grinder sewage pumps with special designed grinder system is an ideal machine for drainage sewage. A high-speed rotating grinder is assembled at the inlet hole of the pump, make it easy to grinds solids into small pieces so that they can be led away through pips of a relatively small diameter. Smart trim system enables quick and easy impeller clearance adjustment in order to maintain peak performance. Can done without dismantling the pump. No special tools are required. The float switch can automatically control the on/off of power when it overheated or over currented, thus guarantee the security and reliability of pump’s run even in the atrocious environment. It is suitable for drainage sewage in sanitation, factory, mine, family and pressurized systems and so on.

Condition of usage:

1. The maximum deep it is allowed in water is 5m from its center of impeller;
2. The trans medium’s temperature shouldn’t be higher than 40℃;
3. The trans medium’s PH value scope is from 4 to 10;
4. The kinematics viscosity of the trans medium is from 7×10-7 to 23×10-6 m2/s;
5. The maximum density of the trans medium is 1.2x103kg/m3;
